The AGM is the club members opportunity to listen to how the club runs, its future strategy and the activities it is involved in, as well as its financial position.

The different sections of the club were represented and shared their individual updates followed by a presentation of the clubs financial position from the Treasurer (Patricia McCaig).

There were several changes to the executive committee at this year's AGM. Patricia McCaig stepped down as treasurer, Pablo Alvarez stepped down as secretary, and Cyril Bossard stepped down as auditor. The committee thanked the 3 for their significant contribution to the smooth running of the club. Patricia McCaig was presented with a bouquet of flowers and recognized for her excellent stewardship of the treasurer role for the past six and a half years.

The following members were re-elected to retain their current positions as there was no additional nominations of candidates offered:

Club president - Alfred Stevenson
Vice President - Ian Morris
Juniors President - David McKimm
Touch President - James Weston
Sports Director - Paul Timmins
Players’ Representative (Club Captain) - Dominik Müller

Nominations were received for the vacant positions and the following positions were voted and passed during the meeting:

Secretary - Daniel Wyman
Treasurer - Carolina Purtscher
Auditor - Patricia McCaig

There were no submissions to the AGM this year and the meeting was closed with the executive committee members inviting all members present to drinks and an apero in the foyer of the aula.
