Paul Timmins becomes WR educator

Congratulations to Paul Timmins who has qualified to become a world rugby educator.

Paul is the sports director for Zug Rugby Club and this qualification means that Paul will have the ability to host courses, assess participants and award certifications where the participant has reached the required standard.

Congratulation to Paul on this wonderful achievement, which builds on Paul's existing international referee certification.
