OFFICIAL PLAYER REGISTRATION

Every player must be registered on Pitchero - please click the button "JOIN" and follow the instructions to register on Pitchero.

Every player must be registered with the Swiss Rugby Federation (FSR) to receive their license. This will be done by Zug Rugby Club once the documents and membership fee have been received.

Registration documents to be completed for first time applicants:

1. Zug Rugby Club Membership form
2. Parental Consent form
3. Anti Doping form

In addition the following documents are required:

• 1 x passport type picture (head and shoulders ). This can be taken with your phone.
• Swiss citizens: Copy of both sides of your Swiss ID card or Swiss passport.
• Non-Swiss citizens: Copy of both sides of your Swiss Residence permit (permit B/C)

Please send your completed forms and documents to license@zugrugbyclub.com. Any questions, please ask your head coach.

Members receive an invoice once registered.

ZRC MEMBERSHIP FEES SEASON 2025/26:

Seniors
CHF 350 - adults, employed
CHF 250 - students, military, apprentices, unemployed

Minis / Juniors
CHF 250 - first child
CHF 200 - second child (family discount)
CHF 150 - third child onwards (family discount)

Touch Competitive Team
CHF 120 - per player
50% discounted to CHF 60 if you have already a ZRC membership (Seniors or Minis).

Touch Social Member
CHF 80 - per player
50% discounted to CHF 40 if you have already a ZRC membership (Seniors or Minis).

INSURANCE

Please note, by becoming a member you agree that participation in matches, tournaments, or during training sessions, is at the players own risk and that the player holds all necessary personal liability and health insurance. The club does not take liability insurance for player injuries.
