Every player must also be registered with the Swiss Rugby Federation (FSR) to receive their license. This will be done by Zug Rugby Club once the documents and membership fee have been received.

For first time applicants there are several forms that must be completed and submitted to the head coach of the team you are joining.

Registration documents to be completed:

Zug Rugby Club Membership form
Anti Doping form
License request form
Parental consent form

In addition the following documents are required:

1 x passport type photograph (head and shoulders ) in jpeg format (this can be taken with your phone)
Swiss citizen: Copy of both sides of your Swiss ID card or Swiss passport.
Non-Swiss citizen: Copy of both sides of your Swiss Residence permit (permit B/C)

Membership fee is 200CHF per season for the first player and then 150CHF for each subsequent player in the same family. Members receive an invoice once registered.

Please note, by becoming a member you agree that participation in matches, tournaments, or during training sessions, is at the players own risk and that the player holds all necessary personal liability and health insurance. The club does not take liability insurance for player injuries.
